Any ballpark range for cost of the ride share? Leya and I may be interested.
Looks like an uber xl is ~$340 CAD (6 seats). My coworker and I are getting in Monday around 5pm and would like to share. Not sure if there is a cheaper option- doesn't look like there is a bus or a train to Morden (based on google maps). Looks like renting a car for the week is around $400 USD; might make more sense to rent a car and split that?
If arriving in Winnipeg by air and your itinerary matches someone else's who is renting a vehicle, you should be able to share a ride with them for a modest contribution to their gas money. I have reserved a rental car. I fly into Winnipeg from Seattle at 6 pm May 6th and fly out Saturday May 11th at 10:40am. I should have room for at least one person or maybe two. My email: foresttom77@gmail.com
I fly in from Calgary and land about noon on the 6th I rented a car, so I can toodle around if anyone is arriving around then. Gas, and slurpees welcome. Can also bring people back to Winnipeg.
